Generally when creating or adding properties to a file, you only have to set it up once, then you just have to enter the appropriate data into the field going forward
SOLIDWORKS DRAWING→INSERT NOTE→$PRPSHEET:"CUSTOM TEXT TITLE HERE"
Note: You may need to type the "custom text etc." then go back and insert the ":" between
SOLIDWORKS MODEL→CUSTOM PROPERTIES→PROPERTY NAME→TYPE CUSTOM TEXT TITLE HERE (as it appears above)→TYPE = Text,→VALUE (dropdown to the property you're looking to link, ensure Evaluated Value appears as desired)
Now your DRAWING will contain that text automatically
Save your PART with the Custom Properties as a template (PRTDOT)
Generally you'll want three different property tabs, each must be saved in their respective template

The Name: of the Custom Property Attribute can be used when creating dynamic notes that contains that name, such as "PartNo" will link to $PRPSHEET:"PartNo"
