The most commonly used tasks to schedule are the following:
File Conversion (Convert, Upgrade, Export, eDrawings etc.)
File Update (Update out of date drawing, update properties)
SELECT FILES/FOLDERS
SELECT FILES/FOLDERS
Select the desired input files or folders
Utilize the filter in case you'd like to only select particular types such as Drawings

Select how often the task will be performed and when it shall run

Often times the outputs will be placed at the same location as the input, but you may specify if desired
RUN TASK
RUN TASK
Tasks will open their own instance of SolidWorks and run a series of operations for each file in the list
It is most common to run large tasks when the computer may be idle such as the end of the day etc.
Click finish, and if the scheduled time is current or in the past, the task shall begin immediately
Once the task has been completed, the Status will provide the indicator if it passed or failed (file already exists, missing folder etc.)
