Feature Fillet and Chamfer are similar to Sketch Fillet and Chamfer except for one major difference (which is why these are focused on instead)
You may edit these Features while you cannot (really) edit Sketched versions
Both of these Features focus on Edges
Be default you may select Edges; Edges behind the model may be selected if the Select Through Faces option is checked
If you select a Face, it will attempt to apply to all Adjacent Edges
Use the Lasso Tool (LMB+Drag) to select multiple Edges
If your Model contains 90 edges but only 86 require Fillets, you may click 86 times or select everything and Delete 4 edges from the "Blue Box"
Menu Bar→Insert→Features→Fillet
Tangent Propagation
Clicking on Edge will automatically select all tangent Edges
Symmetric
Most common variant of Fillet
Menu Bar→Insert→Feature→Chamfer
Angle-Distance
Generally used, input the Height and Angle
Remember "Height" is relative and Dimensioning Angles other than 45° may lead to mistakes
Distance-Distance
You may use the Height-Width dimensions of the Chamfer instead of Height-Angle
Flip Direction
For angles other than 45°, you'll have to select an orientation
Click the Model that should use Feature Fillet instead of Sketch Fillet
